Searching for the magic pill.
That pretty much sums up everybody looking to lose weight. “I need it quick and easy… like right now… while not having to place forth any effort.”
The wonderful factor is that the majority of those people spend years searching for the “magic pill”… when the important magic producing wonders are starring them right within the face.
And even more shocking is that even if they new what they were, they still wouldn’t lose weight!
Why?
For one easy reason.
And that one straightforward reason just may be the single… No it is the single… greatest ability you’ll ever master if you have got hopes of a fully remodeled body.
And I use SKILL most deliberately.
A terribly minute fraction can pick it up very quickly. They may have even been born with it. However the overwhelming majority people can should master it.
We’ll have to really work at it.
But once you get it… the results will quickly fallow.
So what’s this skill.
Just one twelve letter word that tends to silence the crowd…
CONSISTENCY.
Yes my friend… most people do not lose weight because they’re severely lacking consistency.
Ya. After all you would like to do the proper things. And these magic producing wonders are starring you right within the face. They are terribly basic.
But while not consistency, it would not matter if you knew them, you may not lose the weight.
And here’s one thing that basically burst the bubbles of those on a probe to find the pop-the-magic-pill-and-get-instant-results secrets…
In the words of my Elmer Fud…
“Gosh, golly, gey… they just don’t exist!”
Sorry. But it’s true.
And obviously there are a few who just do not get it.
Case in purpose:
I simply had a lady return a weight loss guide I sell. It teaches the tried and true basics. The rock solid, proven, as fool-proof because it gets, weight loss data that works for 99.9% of those that use it CONSISTENTLY.
And the actual fact that she came it’s not the astounding part.
Here’s what very got me:
She came back it 2 HOURS AFTER SHE PURCHASED!!
Her reason… “I already knew all of this.”
Fascinating I thought.
“If you already new all of this and the way to apply it… Why are you continue to fat?”
Perhaps I had found the .one% that this info does not work for.
Yes… I can be a bit sarcastic from time to time!!
However I might be willing to bet that whereas she may have known the information… she wasn’t consistently using it.
And there in lies the problem. Too many people out there are merely searching for NEW information… the long lost secret that can finally flip everything around.
NEWS flash: IT DOESN’T EXIST!
And while you are looking, some other person is consistently applying the fundamentals and the load is falling off in droves.
I can speak from expertise here.
3 years I struggled to lose body fat. 3 FULL years.
I recall currently and notice that I used to be simply jumping from one methodology to the next and if I didn’t see “overnight” results, I might merely toss it aside.
I finally said enough is enough!
I began to apply the fundamentals, continuously (Each single day).
Did the results show up over night?
NO.
Of course, they didn’t even show up in the primary couple of days. But eventually they began appearing. 1st a little. Then a little more. Then more. Then a heap more… till I lost all my drawback fat.
